FieldHive is job management software that works with Xero and QuickBooks. Send the quote, book the job, raise the invoice, and let the invoice and its payment status flow straight through to your accounts. Customers pay by card through Stripe, and your Outlook email sits in the same inbox as the job.

Xero integration
Connect your Xero account and FieldHive syncs invoices, payment statuses and customer records both ways. CIS deductions carry through on the invoices that have them. Mark an invoice paid in either system and the other agrees, and when a payment is reconciled in Xero the invoice shows as paid in FieldHive.
QuickBooks integration
Connect QuickBooks and the same sync applies: invoices out, payment statuses back, and your customer records kept in step. CIS deductions carry through.
Stripe payments
Connect Stripe and every invoice you send carries a Pay Now button, with a payment link in the email and in the customer portal. When the customer pays by card the invoice marks itself paid, so you are not reconciling by hand. Stripe charge their own transaction fees.
Microsoft Outlook
Connect your Microsoft account and Outlook email syncs in real time into the FieldHive inbox, with each conversation attached to the customer and job it belongs to. Reply from FieldHive, attach files, and create a quote, booking or invoice straight from the thread. Gmail coming soon.
You price the job from your saved catalogue and send the quote. The customer opens it on a secure link, with no account to set up, and you see the moment it is viewed. They sign, accept, and the quote becomes a job on its own.
When the work is done the invoice comes off the job rather than being retyped, and it goes out with a Pay Now button. The customer pays by card, the invoice marks itself paid, and that invoice and its payment status land in Xero or QuickBooks with your customer record already matched.
If the invoice is not paid, FieldHive chases it for you three days after it falls due. Quotes get the same treatment three days after sending. The parts of the job that used to need retyping into a second system stop needing it.
What these integrations do not do
FieldHive sends your invoices out. It does not pull supplier invoices or purchase ledgers in, and it does not file VAT returns or submit Making Tax Digital. Your accountant still works in Xero or QuickBooks. FieldHive keeps the job side fed into it accurately so there is less to fix at month end.
